Terms of Use

In short. Total Over is a free football statistics and analytics platform. By using it, you agree to these Terms. You may browse without an account, or sign in with Google to use account features. The football data is licensed from a third party and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only — you may not copy, scrape or resell it. Any fantasy or leaderboard feature is free, with no stakes and no prizes, and match probabilities are statistical figures, not betting odds. The platform is provided "as is", and our liability is limited as set out below.

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Total Over. They govern your access to and use of the Total Over platform, available at totalover.com and through the associated mobile and web applications (together, the “Platform”).

The Platform is operated by PERF ADS - FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Platform — including browsing, creating an account, or using any feature — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Eligibility and Age

The Platform is intended for users aged 13 years or older. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 13.

If you are under the age of majority in your country, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

Where local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.

Note. The Platform is a general-audience football statistics service. It contains no gambling, betting or age-restricted gaming content.

4. Your Account and Sign in with Google

4.1 Creating an Account

You can browse most of the Platform without an account. To use account features, you register and sign in using Sign in with Google (Google OAuth).

We do not operate a password-based login and never receive your Google password.

4.2 Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in credentials and device secure.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Use only one account unless expressly permitted otherwise.

4.3 Suspension and Closure

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend, restrict or close your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or used the Platform in a harmful way.

5. The Service We Provide

Total Over is a football statistics and sports analytics platform. It may provide live scores, league tables, fixtures, expected goals metrics, player ratings, expected line-ups, head-to-head data, model-based match probabilities and related football information.

Features, leagues and data coverage may change over time and are not guaranteed to remain available.

6. Football Data — Licensed Content and Permitted Use

Important. Football data displayed on the Platform is licensed from a third-party provider and is protected by intellectual-property and database rights.

The underlying football data is sourced from Sportmonks under licence and is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, scrape, crawl, harvest or permanently store the data.
• Redistribute, republish, sell or sublicense the data.
• Use the data to build, train or enrich another database, product or model.
• Create competing services using the data.
• Remove attribution or notices associated with the data.

7. Intellectual Property in the Platform

All rights in the Platform, including software, design, text, graphics, branding and proprietary metrics, belong to us or our licensors.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform unlawfully.
• Scrape, crawl or data-mine content.
• Interfere with security or infrastructure.
• Introduce malware or harmful code.
• Impersonate others.
• Use the Platform for unauthorised commercial purposes.
• Use the Platform to facilitate betting, gambling or wagering activity.

9. Free Fantasy, Predictions and Leaderboards

Fantasy football, prediction and leaderboard features are provided free of charge for entertainment and statistical comparison only.

• No entry fees, stakes or deposits.
• No prizes, rewards or redeemable value.
• No monetary value attached to rankings or points.
• No gambling, betting, lottery or paid-fantasy elements.

10. Match Probabilities Are Not Betting Odds

Model-based probabilities shown on the Platform are statistical figures only and are not betting odds, bookmaker prices or betting advice.

We do not accept, process, facilitate or promote bets of any kind.

11. User-Generated Content

The Platform may allow users to submit predictions, display names, comments or other content.

11.1 Rules for User Content

User content must not:

• Be unlawful, hateful, threatening or defamatory.
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Contain spam, malware or advertising.
• Promote gambling, betting or bookmaker services.
• Impersonate another person.

11.2 Licence You Grant Us

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store and display it for the operation of the Platform.

11.3 Moderation

We may review, moderate or remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform relies on third-party services including Google, infrastructure providers and football-data suppliers.

We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party websites and services.

13. Availability, Accuracy and "As Is"

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any data, statistics, ratings, probabilities or predictions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Platform, which for a free service is zero.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

18. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement.
• Severability. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
• No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights without our consent.
• Third parties. No third party gains rights under these Terms except as expressly stated.
